Currently Reading: How To Be A Hermit, or, a Bachelor Keeps House, Will Cuppy. Early 20th-century humorist that a friend recommended extremely strongly and, mm, yeah, this is pretty pleasant stuff, a bunch of essays built around the premise that Cuppy's decided to go off and be a hermit at Jones Island, which is one of those middling little islands off by what's now JFK Airport.
