We could peek inside one of the animal care buildings and see a rhino fresh off their car wash. The skating bears are another figure we see every year. We didn't remember there was a designated campground at the zoo. We'll have to mean to remember to find out more about that sometime. we stopped in the building where they do programs; we'd missed the chance to make an ornament, but we were able to see and feel soem of the animal skins and bones and such they have on display.
