But we've got nothing else to do

The question rcoony raised and that I'm honestly curious about: do I really have more absurd little things happen to me than most people do, or am I simply more vocal about it when I see something funny? For example, I don't think anything really funny encountered me today, apart from the complete disappearance of my favorite toothpaste from every single store in the nearby shopping mall. And one convenience store did have a nice set of four ceramic Peanuts figurines -- Charlie Brown, Peppermint Patty, Marcie, and Snoopy -- in Chinese dress, but I already bought that a few weeks ago. And, well, my alarm clock froze overnight -- weak battery; it's a travel alarm clock and actually, you know, has dials that rotate and stuff -- but I woke up pretty close to the set time anyway. I'm still figuring out that one.

Focusing again, how long does it take for everyone else to find five silly things around them? I imagine it takes me at least a full day.
