This has just been an unspeakable day; a horrible day; a day it will take me a long while to recover from and longer to feel up to writing about.
On the bright side, once he heard the why, the airport police officer was sympathetic to the scene I'd been making. In fact, he was the most actually helpful individual we encountered the whole day.
I just don't have the energy to go on about it right now.
Also I'm pretty sure I saw Leather Winston Churchill at the airport.
