What you gonna tell your dad, it's like a wheel of fortune
I don't want to sound like one of those people who's averse to making money by blogging. Actually, I think the idea is a pretty good one and if I can't make money myself by blogging then I'd like to see it done by someone like me, keeping in mind as ever that there are few people who are more like me than I am myself. I know two of them.
The rest of this is over at my humor blog. Other stuff that's been there since last week and The Shrinking Mountain of New Zealand have been:
- Filey Peter Dunne: Drugs, a Mister Dooley bit about medicine;
- The Mysteries of Modern Recording, my attempt to understand a peculiar record;
- Math Comics Without Equations, encouraging people to read my other blog;
- Overheard At The Record Show Over At The Meeting Rooms In The Quality Inn, which pretty much happened just like I say;
- Giving The People What They Want, based on the feedback I get about these things;
- Snub Pollard: Sold At Auction, a silent comedy that I liked.
Trivia: The National Broadcasting Company and every Boston radio station banned the playing of the song ``Body and Soul'' from the musical Three's A Crowd in 1930, on the grounds that the word ``Body'' in a song title was prurient.
